We ordered 87 frames with a different name, title, and blurb for each. Only one frame arrived broken and they quickly made and sent a replacement. The whole process went very smoothly. The frames arrived on time and looked beautiful - we received many compliments on them. I would definitely order from them again - their product was of good quality and they deliver on their promises.

Personalization mall was great to work with! We were purchasing multiple frames with multiple customization, but it was no challenge for them. They were great to work, made the process easy and had excellent turn around!
