I found PMall to be prompt in response to any questions and providing samples. They were able to rush 33 crystal awards for us and even caught 2 needed name corrections on the list I had sent them. Super happy with the end result. The only thing that could have been better would have been to have the crystal wrapped in the individual boxes for protection as well in the shipping box as some of the individual boxes got crushed and I did find a small chip in one of the awards. Would def us them again.
