I love the quality if this product except for one thing: the ink color of the writing is very light and watered-down looking. I was hoping for more vibrant, easier to read lettering. I realize that the surface is not smooth so may be more difficult to print on. Maybe if the writing surface was smooth and the textured rock appearance was more of a border…?

I received this item very quickly and it was packed with care. It is very pretty and I'm sure it will be well received by my daughter and her husband. The only complaint I have is that the color I chose for the writing is a lot lighter than I thought it would be. Other than that I am very pleased.
