My Personal Rewards Terms & ConditionsBy enrolling in the My Personal Rewards Program (“MPR”), you agree to the following: Membership in the MPR will be granted by PersonalizationMall.com, Inc. (“PMall”) through enrollment as an MPR Member. Online enrollment requires that a name, e-mail address, mailing address and/or other personal and financial information be provided. Any information provided for enrollment in MPR will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in MPR, members agree to receive communications from PMall and agree to abide by the PMall Terms and Conditions. MPR Members are responsible for notifying Pmall immediately of any change of e-mail or contact information. As is explained in our Privacy Policy, we use, and retain, the information that we collect to, among other things, detect security incidents, and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, including attempts to manipulate accumulated points or violate these MPR Rules. To obtain credit for MPR purchases, you must provide your MPR account information prior to completion of your purchase. Benefits can only be earned by the living person whose name appears in the MPR account and cannot be transferred, assigned, divided by divorce or inherited. Use of MPR membership benefits by another person will result in immediate termination of membership. Coupons, shipping, promotions, discounts, special offers and applicable taxes cannot be used to accrue points. Use of certain coupons may render the order ineligible for reward points at Pmall’s sole discretion. MPR points will typically be credited to a customer’s account within 48 hours. Resellers of products are not eligible for membership in MPR. Corporate orders do not qualify for MPR. Any benefits issued by the program, including shipping discounts and coupons, are at PMall’s sole discretion, and have no cash value. Coupons issued by MPR cannot be combined. Adjustments will be made for any cancelled orders or returns. Documentation of purchases is Member’s responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring that your account is properly credited. Transactions prior to your enrollment date or more than 12 months old are not eligible for benefits. Income tax liability on benefits, if any, is the responsibility of the member. If there has been no transaction in the account of member for a period of one year, PMall may terminate membership, including forfeiture of any accrued benefits. Violation of MPR or PMall rules, policies or the PMall Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of any accrued benefits, including coupons. PMall has the sole right to interpret any and all present and future MPR rules, and is the final authority on qualification for benefits and reserves the right to deny or revoke benefits at any time if PMall determines that benefits were improperly given. PMall may also modify MPR rules, benefits, costs, conditions of participation, or levels required for benefits in whole or in part at any time and without notice, including but not limited to shipping costs, annual membership fees and other costs of participation. Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of applicable rules is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and PMall. Such action may include, without limitation, the forfeiture of all benefits, including any accrued balance in a member's account, as well as cancellation of the account and the member's future participation in the MPR program. In addition, PMall reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting any lawsuit. PMall may terminate MPR, individually or in its entirety, for any reason and at any time, without prior notice and without further obligation to members, and any earned credits, rewards or benefits do not vest and will expire immediately without any monetary value and without any obligation upon PMall.
