it was very easy to set up, we like it very much!You can use it the whole year like a small nice ornament for the desk!

Purchased as gifts for Christmas 2010. Have not used them of they seem to be well made and the sale price was a deal!

My son bought the digital photo ornament for me Christmas, 2008, downloading it with an assortment of pictures that touch my heart, span my life, and move me to tears. I leave it out year-round; find myself smiling when I walk by, grateful everytime I play it. This gift will be treasured. Use it to commemorate a 25th anniversary or graduation, or to celebrate a 1st birthday or 1st Christmas. Uses and ideas are as limitless as your imagination. It's easy to set-up and navigate.

I love taking photos and any new way to display them. This is a cute and unique item and very glad I got it.

I bought this ornament for my grandmother in other country she miss me so much so I've decided to give her that- she loved it!it is easy to install and doesn't need any flashcards just plug in to computer and upload pictures you want!

I am very pleased with this purchase. It is much bigger than I expected. I ordered it as a Christmas gift for a "photo" lover and am sure she will love it. Several of my co-workers saw it an ordered it also.

I purchased 2 ornaments. My wife and I could not get the disk to load the software . The second unit my son in law loaded the disk on their unit with no problem.We will load our ornament on Christmas eve when we visit our kids. I do think the ornaments are of good quality and not disappointed that I purchased them. However, it would have been nice to have a website to go to with software issues. Thanks Lee

Uploading the photos is easy, but I was a TAD BIT disappointed in the quality, but what can you expect with such a small screen? It still gives the recipient a memory and that's what is important!! I wanted to upload photos before giving so it could be used immediately.

This is a gadget ornament with quite some work to be done to obtain the right result. If you like to work with images this is no problem since the software is very intuitive.
So this is an ornament as entertainig for the viewer as for the "creator".

Overall I am pleased with this ornament for the money, but...could use picture quality improvement. The pictures I loaded onto the ornament were very high resolution and at this size screen size, they should be very clear. They were, however, very grainy. That was a big disappointment. The gift was for us as well as my daughters grandparents. Her grandparents were over the moon happy with it just b/c it was pictures of her. My husband and I were not quite as happy. It did have a nive picture edit feature. Sad to see HOW MUCH cheaper it is the day after Christmas!! I guess that is normal though.

I purchased this item with high hopes, but those were quickly dashed. What I thought was a great idea didn't work. I couldn't even get the software to load. The disc is defective and after 2 hours trying to get the screen to pop up that lets you upload your pictures, I gave up. The screen you need just flashes on the screen and is gone. After reading all other reviews on this item, it seems to be a common flaw. I returned it. If you are lucky enough to get one that actually works...cootos to you! I would not recommend this product to anyone. Read the reviews even on different websites that carry it! Not good.

The description says the software is compatible with both pc and mac, however, the included cd is a mini cd and will not fit in mac laptops. I put it in an external reader to get around this and it wouldn't install. I tried copying the program off of the cd and it's read and write protected. I've determined the program, if you can even get to it on a mac, is not updated for newer software and cannot install. I checked the manufacturer's website for updated software and there was nothing. I will be returning this item. Good idea, poor implementation!

I was looking forward giving this for a present to my friend. When I tried to install the software it was not working. I called customer service and they send me another ornament and the software was not working again and computer was crashing (I tried PC and MAC)… Very disappointed and will send both ornaments back.

Horrible software to put pictures on camera. Check out reviews on amazon.com for this product. I am not the only one with this problem.
