Our plans for obtaining a Birthday sign locally fell through at the last moment. We didn't have the time to spend designing or looking at a lot of options. I called PersonalIzation and a friendly customer person walked me through the process and actually placed the order. Amazingly, the order was shipped late that day and arrived the following day.
