I only gave this item 4 stars because I thought the price could have been cheaper. It is a cute little ice pack for those boo-boos and my neice who loves owls will be thrilled. It goes nicely with the lunch bag too.
Unfortunately, after only 6 months, my daughter's freezer pack has started to leak the contents and am in the midst of finding out if it can be returned. I hope so as this should not have done this under non-harsh usage.
