I love these mugs and they make great gifts. The mug I purchased for myself was damaged and I am waiting on a reply from Shana, to see how Personalization Mall is going to handle this. I sent her a picture a few days ago. I am ordering a few gifts today and I pray they come in without any damage. The photo to use for preview is the one that is damaged.
