I was upset after being told that i would be responsiblefor this mistake .As a VERY loyal.and long term customer i hoped for a courtesy & ter a call/ email the frame was reprinted.

This is a great item especially this particular frame. I ordered a couple in the last years or so. All my recipients love it. It's something different compared to the usual stuff graduates get for gifts because of it's design and personalization. My friends & co-workers asked "what would be a good gift?"
