The case isn't a hard or soft case its in between. I like it a alot. Ive had it for a week now and there are no scratches which I was worried about but its in great condition and I'm sure it will be for a while. Very happy with this order.

I ordered this for my mom for Valentine's Day. I used a picture of her and the grand kids and it turned out better than I expected! I wasn't expecting the back plate to be an actual metal plate with the picture printed on. That's awesome! And the pink border sets it off right. I didn't give 5 stars though because the case itself is 2 pieces that snap together, they feel kind of like plastic and I feel like they'll break apart after a drop. Aside from that the case is very nice and better than I expected!

Bought this for a Valentines Day present. I felt that the cell phone case was not very sturdy. I was under the impression that it was made of a more sturdy material then what it was. The photo plates are very great quality with vibrante colors and clear pictures. They were well worth ordering. I love shopping here and will continue to shop here, but was a little disappointed with the case.
