Lovely custom and unique ornament. Just a little smaller than I envisioned it to be. Still a very nice addition to tree ornaments because the customization of family name on angel is nice, especially as a memorial ornament.

This ornament is really pretty. It is smaller than I thought it would be but nice. It is thin so chance of breaking but so are lots of others. The name looks good and the recipient loves it.

Needed the rustic look, but wanted a little flare for a girl. Quality is great. Shipping was fast !! Received in three business days.

I love the ornament. I would have given five stars, but there was a couple spots that weren't completely punched out. I easily fixed this problem myself. It also had a bad odor that I'm assuming is from the cutting process. I let it sit out of the bag for a few days and the odor went away. I definitely recommend this product.

The workmanship on this ornament is very nicely done. However, I give it only 4 stars because it is not as unique as some of the others I looked at, and purchased. I do like the fact that the year is included. Very lightweight, making it ideal for tree hanging, or displaying year round. Reasonably priced. Arrived in time for the Holidays. Recommend.

Pretty but seems fragile. Might break when packed after Christmas.

I ordered two of these, one for each granddaughter. As a previous reviewer stated, they do have a burnt smell. I let them air out for a few days, which did help, but there still was a slight "campfire" odor when it came time to wrap. My 9-year-old granddaughter did not notice, so all good.

This was a nice gift, but had a strange smell. I'm guessing it was from the wood burning or something, but it was a pretty ornament.

This is a nice gift item or hostess gift idea. The enclosed bag was a nice touch, too. Might want to leave it out of the bag for a while, as it smelled of freshly engraved wood.

If the name I used had one word, this would earn 5 stars. The ornament is beautiful. My only issue was with the spacing between two names. The spacing does not appear on the final ornament as it appears in the preview. I added an extra space because the preview did not look like there was a space at all; however, when I received the ornament, it had a one inch space between the two names. The customer service was helpful, and they replaced the ornament quickly with a new ornament using only one space between the names. Even then, it still has a significant gap between the two names (it is approximately a full letter width gap which is very different from the preview.) I would strongly recommend this ornament if you have one name, but would be a little wary if you have two.

Bought this ornament for a friend, I was amazed at how lovely it turned out. Picture does not show how nice it really is.

Purchased this for my son's family. It was received in good order. I have not seen the item personally so cannot rate it properly. My son says it is lovely.

This angel is very pretty. It's a nice holiday present for family. The wood had a few flaws that you could barely notice otherwise I would have given it a 5. The company is very easy to work with and the delivery was super quick.

This ornament is very pretty and the carving details are excellent. It has a great personal feel and so I bought it for a friend of mine. I only wish the darker accented parts on the angel showed up more. The accented parts in my ornament didn't stand out like the picture.

Really cool but the wood work is a little flimsy. I wish it were a little heavier or rather thicker. But it is a really nice ornament.
