Beautiful Gift, arrived in a timely manner. I feel the only problem is , this is displayed as a wine chiller and the box that this comes in , is stated champagne chiller. I feel as an elaborate and costly gift, the box should match the gift inside.Thank you.

It stays cold for about 3 hours.
Looks nice too.
Wish they let you add second letter for initials.
