The picture frame arrived just the way it was shown when ordered. I could not hwve asked for a better product. The only thing that was not perfect eas the gift box I ordered with it. Thought it wiuld have been a little nicer...and did not like the personalization logo right in the center on the front of the gift box. The picture frame its self was perfect.
