Beautiful I was very pleased with the ease of ordering the item, the ability to see what the finished product would look like, and the promptness of the shipment.
This item was a gift, and when she opened it, we discovered that the holder for the name plate was missing. I called customer service and they were very friendly and immediately shipped out the missing item.
