RECEIVED DAMAGED (TWICE) By

I have ordered personalized gifts from Personalization Mall in the past and have been completely satisfied. Unfortunately, my most recent - not so much, as it was twice received damaged. I have now cancelled my order and expect a refund. The poor rating is strictly due to the damaged product received - not the choice, as it would have been a wonderful keepsake graduation gift.
