These are great gifts. I only wish that I had the option of sticking with the same color for the names. For example, I had a cup for a husband and wife and I wish the husband's name was all blue while keeping the wife's name all pink. Other than that, it's a wonderful gift.

Not only did the mug come 3 days faster than expected, it looked great! Very impressed.. will shop again!

From someone who manages in a customer service call center, it was a pleasure calling in to ask for a replacement mug. Our first mug was received as a gift in multiple pieces from standard delivery shipping. We called and within the same week a replacement was received well before Christmas. These are quality coffee mugs with very impressive imprints. Have ordered many of these for friends celebrating birthdays, anniversary, etc and have never been disappointed or had any kind of a problem. Shipping has always been within a few days after ordering and delivery is quick. Great company to work with. Website is easy to navigate but one has to be careful and diligent while navigating and ordering.
