Beautiful but disappointed... By

I've always had very good luck ordering from Personalization.com but this time when ordering the Personalized Preserved Rose - you can't see how it's going to appear on the rose like every other purchase I've made from them thus far. It only states it will be on 2 or 3 lines depending on the size of the petal. The wording I chose to inscribe was a tad bit long - therefore I just presumed it would be on 3 lines. However, when I received the delivery - it was not. Since it was all put on 2 lines it's very hard to read what the inscription says. So for that reason only I gave it 3 stars. I will still order from them as I love the quality and the fact you can personalize gifts. I'll just be more careful when ordering the Preserved Rose if I should order anymore. They are beautiful and of good quality, but there's no way to preview what you write on it to see if you want to make any changes. Then it's too late. Too pricey of a gift to give to someone when you're not satisfied. Be cautious!
