I definitely loved the mug I had engraved but, I gave it a 3 because there was a large scratch in one of the letters when it arrived. There wasn't enough time to send it back before Father's Day.

Arrived quickly but the white writing makes it hard to see.

I actually purchased these to give to a friend that runs a bar & grill at the golf course that I frequent. I complained that the mugs he had were far to small to satisfy a true beer drinkers thirst...LOL. So I ordered 5 of these with my family's name on them and gave them to him. Now when we enter the establishment, he serves us accordingly. Interestingly enough, other patrons now try to order the same mug...LOL
