The item was exactly as previewed and as described.

Just a little something to honor the passing of my father. I glimmers in the sun and sometimes sends a rainbow into my kitchen. Love it.

They look very nice and all the family loved them.

This was a lovely item, and my dad was quite pleased with it (it was in memory of my mom); however, for being a suncatcher, it needs a little more "pizzazz." I'm thinking that some color might help, because when the sun hits this, it just catches clear and white, but no other colors to really make it striking. I'd also appreciate there being a little more room allowed for dates and the name.

I love this suncatcher. It's very classy and beautiful. I only wish there was more spaces to enter the full dates.

Iam using this ornament as a memorial ornament on my tree for my wonderful dog who recently passed away. Once xmas is over this ornament will be proudly displayed on a stand until next xmas!! I only wish they had this same ornament with dog paws instead of the flowers on it. The engraving and craftsmanship are wonderful!!

Very plain. I assumed there would be some type of prism that would shine through the glass, maybe around the edges. This is just a plain piece of glass so I don't know why it would be used as a suncatcher. I was disappointed.

I purchased the suncatcher as a Christmas stocking stuffer for someone whose father had died recently. The suncatcher's quality was good. However, the etching of the name was lopsided which impacted the symmetry of the article. I wanted her to see it before I sent it back. However, she refused to let it go...it meant that much. Nonetheless, I am disappointed that it was poorly etched and sent anyway. I ordered the suncatcher and three other productes that required etching and this was the only product that was poorly etched. All the products were in memory of a loved one. I hope that this review will ensure that additional consideration is given to items that are ordred for memorialization of a loved one.
