This was my first time ordering through PersonalizationMall-will definitely do again. I only had regular shipping, but it was speedy! The frame is very nice. Only complaint is that with two names, they would be listed above/below each other rather than next to each other, so we added the year as a 3rd name, so they are spaced like the photo, and it looks great!
