It was very nice. I would say to always check the preview twice as I put the phone number in wrong so that sucked but it was well made.

Our pup lost her collar (don't ask me how) and I was scrambling for a new tag that I could get fast. This arrived SO quickly and is super cute! This is a great tag for dogs. I have bought other tags from other places and they just don't last. I have one dog that is rough on tags but he has had one of these for 5-6 years. I just replaced it because we got a new dog and I thought all of the dogs should have a new tag. Really didn't need to replace the old one but it was just a little faded.
