My granddaughter loved her necklace. The chain was to short. But we will go in and buy a longer one.

I bought this for myself as I wanted a short choker chain so that I could interchange several other pieces of jewellery that I have and wear them as a choker instead. My only wish was that the chain was a little heavier - but I also needed one with a thin, narrow clasp so that my other pieces would fit through. This did fit the bill perfectly, but will also keep looking for a heavier chain with a small clasp to accommodate the other pieces that I have. But a very nice product - very dainty for a young girl.

I chose this necklace as a Christmas gift for my 14 yr. old niece. She lives in a different state. I sent the gift directly to her so I did not see it personally. I chose this gift for her because I thought it was appropriate for her age and because it could be personalized with her birthstone. The website was easy to use. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no gift wrap option available to me.

This product I ordered seemed kind of small compared to what the picture showed on the website. Also, since it came from another company, it took awhile for it to ship and arrive on time.

The Cross with the birthstone was very nice. The 14" chain was not long enough. Have purchased a longer necklace to put cross on. Other wise great product.

I bought this for a co-worker. His baby was born pre-maturely at 23 weeks. She weighed 1 lb 2 oz at birth. I wanted a little extra protection for this precious baby girl. The parents cried. It was a wonderful experience to give this gift of hope.

I didn't realize a 14" chain would only fit a small child. I'm in the process of getting longer chains. The quality is very nice.

This is a very nice chain and pendant for the price. I bought it for my godchild's first communion and it's something that she'll be able to wear throughout the years. The design is classic. Quick delivery, too!

I love the necklace but please be aware that this ships from another warehouse and takes a long time to receive. I ordered this on the 6th for my daughters birthday on the 13th. I even paid extra for express shipping, but did not receive the item until the 20th!

I was disappointed in the necklace. I purchased it for our grandaughter for her First Communion and hoped it would look appropriately special for a special occasion. I need to get something else to go along with it.

I ordered this necklace for my daughter's confirmation present. We LOVE the cross, and the chain is beautiful...it's just SO short! She's only 14 and very thin...and it's like a choker around her neck (I can't even get it latched around my neck). It actually looks like it's meant for a tiny child...maybe it is?

I was looking for a simple & sweet cross necklace for my niece's upcoming First Communion. When I saw this cross on the website I knew it would be the perfect fit for her & this special occasion. I opted to put her July birthstone (Ruby) in the middle. I was a bit disappointed when I received the item.......the stone is SO VERY small the dark ruby color almost looks like a "speck" of dirt. Though the necklace itself is very nice. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with a lighter stone color...such as pink which would probably have shown up better in the cross. But I know my niece will love it and when I tell her that the stone is indeed her birthstone she will find that cool.

I was disappointed in the quality of this necklace. The chain is excellent, but I thought the cross
would be more substantial.

Not much to say, the cross has a poor quality, you can easily see that there was no detail when cutting the edges (inner or outer). I really expected more than this.

I have bought products before and was satisfied but this was a mistake. This was a Communion present for my Grandaughter a very special occasion, but the cross was extremely small as was the stone. What it looked like in the picture was not what I received. Would not recommend.

My 9 year old granddaughter thinks the necklace is pretty, and will wear it often. It's just not made well enough to wear constantly. It is what it is - a $40.00 birthstone necklace.

I thought the quality was very good but was disappointed that the chain was not long enough to go around her neck. I called customer service and was not offered sufficient help in the matter

The cross is very pretty but the necklace is so small. Not sure,it would fit a 5 year old but certainly won't fit my 10 year old.

When I received the birthstone cross with the 16 inch chain, the chain had a small kink. I wrote customer service and explained my problem. I didn't have time to get a new chain because I needed it for that weekend for a First Communion gift, so they deducted 20% from my credit card! Service was immediate, pleasant, and hassle-free. It was only the second time I ordered from Personalization Mall, but with service like this, it certainly won't be my last.

The cross was beautiful. It was used a a christening gift. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was no option for a smaller chain(13").

I describe the item as dainty. Which is fine. Giving to my granddaughter as conformation gift. She's 13. She will love it. Chain is nice. Again dainty. The birthstone is very tiny. I would recommend keeping in mind this is no statement piece of jewelry.

This cross is exactly the small size I was looking for. The quality is excellent. I wish they had a longer chain as I bought this for myself.

I just received the birthstone cross pendant for a First Communion gift. I love the quality and weight of the cross and its simplicity. The snake chain is elegant but had a crook in it, which is very hard to straighten. If I didn't need it for this weekend, I'd send for another. I'd suggest packaging should alleviate this problem in the future by sending in a box, with chain support to avoid kinks.

I purchased these necklaces for granddaughters for Christmas. We have yet to give them to them, but I was pretty pleased with them. The only thing I was a little disappointed in, was the birthstone is very small. I ordered a March and an August, and it was very hard to determine the light blue vs. the light green color. The stone could be a little larger I feel. Other than that, they are just what I was looking for.

I purchased this cross for my grand daughter's 2nd birthday.

This product arrived in great condition in a pretty little pouch. The necklace length and cross size are perfect for my almost 11-year-old and 8 year-old-daughters. They love the crystals in the center, too. My 8-year-old wore it proudly for her First Communion. The quality of the chain is buttery soft, too. I would definitely buy this again as a gift.

I thought the quality was great. Did not look cheap at all. She was born in February but loves the color pink so purchased this necklace with a pink stone. It is a Christmas present. Showed it to her mother whose eyes lit up when she saw it. Worth the money!
