Serving Bowl By Renee L. (Schenectady, NY) - November 7, 2009 Buying this bowl was the first purchase I had made from Personalization Mall. The serving bowl was a great gift! My sisters and I got it for our Mom and she loved it. It's sturdy and a generous size for putting pasta in. Unfortunately, the personalized writing began to come off after a few washes, but when I called the company to see if there was anything that I could do, the customer service I received was great and they sent me a new bowl identical to the one I had ordered previously!! There have been no problems with the new bowl and my Mom loves it just the same! Like I said, it's a great gift and I was so pleased with the customer service of this company that I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!
Not as expected By Rebecca L. (Lake Village, AR) - November 20, 2009 The bowls look good online and in person. I was not aware that the personalization was done by decal until I recieved it. I thought that it was painted on or something. I just hope it doesn't peel off.
