"I loved how it turned out with personalization, etc. It arrived way before the projected delivery time which was wonderful. Don't panic if you see that the clock is not working, it's not supposed to be working yet. It's very easy to remove the clock and then the plastic piece that keeps the clock from working.Then just set it to the correct time and place back into the heart. I would definitely purchase this item again."
