Looooooved the product and how quickly it was delivered. Looked and felt of great quality. I'd make 2 recommendations: 1) ability to have a different letter rather than automatically defaulting to the first letter of the name and 2) the inner pocket could be a bit thicker/more durable. I'm giving it as a present so haven't used it but felt a bit thin.

I got one for my sister, LOVE IT. Wish I had thought of it earlier, and I would have had one made for my office for Christmas. The embroidery is perfect and the colors exactly as depicted online. I am very pleased.

I can’t wait to take this colorful bag to the beach and the pool. It is roomy for towels and books and other things that I need. The rope handles are durable and look great. I love the pink color. The personalization looks awesome. I am so glad that I purchased this product!
