Coloring of photos once printed. By Shopper (Harmony, ME) - December 12, 2017 The three photos I used, came out very yellow on the cup. Neither the photo itself or the preview of the cup before purchase showed the very poor color quality and yellowing. Very disappointed, especially because it’s a gift.

Text smeary at top of mug Received my mug in great condition and looks very nice but the text on the upper portion is smeared. This is an identical problem to a previous mug I ordered so I am thinking someone there needs to look at the manufacturing process. I am going to contact customer service to see about getting a replacement as I don't want to gift this one.

First one was poor quality but they replaced it for free. By Shopper (Jacksonville, FL) - December 1, 2016 I ordered this mug for a Christmas gift. The pictures looked pretty good but the alignment was off and the design was set too high. The wording on the top row was cut in half. I contacted the company. I had to send a picture and an email. They responded the next day and fulfilled my request to resend a new one at no extra cost. I appreciate the speedy response and the correction. I have ordered several of these and there is never a crisp line across the top, the color always fades and is a little messy. If that will bother you I wouldn't order it. All in all, I am satisfied with the replacement product.

Dark pictures Cup is good quality but pictures turned out very dark, hard to see faces. I would suggest editing pictures first to lighter than normal. A little disappointed as it was a gift but it's the thought that counts :)

Centering the lettering I was unhappy about the top and bottom not being centered on the cup. 2015 was way left on the top and Nicholas Family was way right on the bottom.

The job was done. I ordered two photo mugs, both with the same photos, each with different text. I received my order only to find both mugs broken in many pieces. To note is that shipping box and gift box were undamaged. Mugs were surrounded with plenty of shipping materials. So...it begs the question as to when the mugs were damaged. Regardless, two new mugs were sent quickly enough, free of charge. One was perfect, the image and text on the other was a little crooked. Both mugs were gifts.

Susan By Shopper (Parkville, MD) - February 21, 2018 The edges of the background bled into the white rim of the mug, I'm a little embarassed to gift these mugs - I bought a lot of them. The photos are nice quality, I just dont like the way the background color bleeds into the white of the mug.

May not look like what you ordered By Shopper (Highlands Ranch, CO) - December 20, 2017 The ordering process was a bit cumbersome in that I had to start over when the pictures were not uploaded in the order I wanted them on the cup. But besides the ordering, I was very disappointed in how the text on the mug I ordered looked when it arrived. The text was faded and did not line up like the preview photo. Because the pictures came out okay and I had to give the gift, I did not return, but I wanted other buyers to be aware that it may not look exactly like what you order.

Mug Nice mug. My husband liked it but with 6 pictures, all were dark but one.

Photos turned out darker than I wanted This is the 2nd mug I have ordered. The first looked great. On this most recent one, I edited the photos for the brightness that I wanted, but in the end product the photos came out pretty dark. I could have accidentally edited for this, but thought I was pretty careful on that. So just be careful in selecting the brightness on you photos.

Miss-spelled word It was abovious that the word "Anniversary" was miss-spelled on order and U could have contacted me to see if this was an error rather than send a product with a miss-spelled word and now I can't use the item to give to my daughter and son-in-law on their first anniversary. Very disappointed. Sometimes these computers do auto spell check and put words in that look the same. Being and older person I didn't catcr it. So I am unable to use product for next month.

Looks terrible It looks terrible. The wrap is too high and makes the rim look dirty and the bottom look weird.

Bad Customer Experience Was unable to make changes to the order within seconds after placing it and ended up paying almost $50 for the order and a re-order of the mug. Will not recommend

Quality control terrible I had to order this product four times -- that's correct four times -- to get one mug that looked correct. Don't get me wrong I only paid for the product once, the other three were sent to me as make-ups after I complained about ink smearing. I had been planning to order 100 mugs as holiday promotional gifts for my company but after this experience I decided to find another vendor.
