I ordered this frame as a wedding gift, when it arrived it was not aligned correctly so the names at the bottom were partially cut off.
I contacted Customer Service, I was asked to email a photo of the frame to the CSR, upon receipt of the photo I was sent an email stating the item would be replaced. The new frame arrived in just a couple of days and it was perfect.
