Poor Customer Service By

I ordered this mug for our Dad. Love the style and concept, however I ordered in blue and you can barely read the names. It looks very washed out and old in person, nothing near as vibrant as shown online. Not something that an older person can appreciate if they cannot see it. I called customer service and they confirmed that is the appearance and they could not/would not do anything about it. This was very disappointing and poor customer service in my opinion. They offered no discount, solution, replacement product or to be able to return the mug. At minimum, I would have liked to replace in a different color so that my Dad can at least read the names and see the adorable design. I don't know of any other company that does not work with you if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Guess Personalization Mall is great as long as you love what you order, not if you have a problem! DO NOT ORDER BLUE!!!
