Mrs. I like the mug except the photo should have been on the other side of the mug so that when I hold the mug in my right hand to drink, I see the picture.

Could've been better The pic came out well as did the message on back, however because my pic was dark in the lower area, the word on pic is barely readable and almost runs into a person's face, feel someone should have called this to my attention before they printed it

misunderstandings By Shopper (placentia, CA) - December 4, 2019 After selecting personalized logo, I thought, it will go other side, NOT on the Photo we have. Other side of the CUP, is blank....
So, doesn't look good when you have WHITE COLOR Shows up on other half of the cup.

Good enough The picture was excellent but the words I chose were not clear. Disappointed in that. I wanted “memories” on top of picture. Couldn’t read.

Coffee mug I thought the picture was supposed to go all around the cup to be honest.. that’s why I choose this product with you guys but it was just a little picture and the rest of the cup was all white.. kinda disappointing. Maybe elaborate more, or even show an example of how the cup will look with a picture would help. Thanks

The big words covered my picture no way around it Very disappointed when I received this item because the fonts are so big and cover the faces no matter which picture I chose but I thought it would be better in person because I can’t imagine that someone would want that but nope ...

Black wording is awful This cup is cute but the black wording in front of mug is awful.

60th Wedding Anniversary We plan to hand out mugs with our wedding picture for 10 guests at our 60th wedding anniversary party. A banner with the word "Memories" is at the bottom of the picture. Two letters (M and i) are blotted out. In our haste to order, we accepted this flaw. When our order arrived we asked why the two letters were blotted out. We were told by the Personalization Mall QC Dept. that their design was correct and we had accepted this in our order. The bottom line is our guest we get a mug with a flawed design. This will not be a good advertisement for Personalization Mall.

Disappointed The quality of the mug is fine. The wording that was preprinted on the photo mug was black lettering which was not visible once printed bec in the photo I chose, the person was wearing dark colored clothes. Company should have realized and given the option to preprint in white so “live, laugh, love” would stand out.

Not pleased Not sure what happened except this was dissapointing as to the writting being on the back of the mug to the bottom of the mug and extremely small letering.Was ashamed to even give it to my sister in law

Disappointed The 2 coffee mugs I ordered didn't turn out as expected. Instead of seeing the picture I chose I see the plain side with the words I chose. I thought it would be the opposite. It wasn't clear.

Coffee mug You wrote a saying over the picture so it looks terrible and I tried to skip the saying but it wouldn't let me so it is the worst purchase I have made

Defect in printing You can see the word Memories has a big defect. I emailted the company the photo and they keep saying it needs to be a different format. Just want the mugs re made without the big printing defect you can even see on this photo. The photo I sent them was very visible. Very disappointed

They put the quote right over the picture. Who would do that?? Mine was also a gift that I couldn't give and lost money on. I will never order this kind of item again form this company. Very disappointed!!! I just noticed I wasn't the only one who had the same issue. YOU NEED TO BE MORE CLEAR WITH THE ORDERING OF THIS PRODUCT BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE LOSE MONEY!!!

11 oz white coffee mug I was very disappointed in the product. The banner across the photo was only partially readable. I wish that I had not used a banner at all.

Disappointed Mug would have been great if the printing wasn’t over the photo. There was no way to correct on website but since they said the design would wrap around the mug I thought it would look like the sample. Who would want printing on top of the photo? Now I cannot get my money back.

Inscription covered the faces (???) By Shopper (becker, MN) - November 25, 2018 I am confused about why you would offer an inscription on the mug when ordering and say it will "wrap around the mug" with an arrow indicating it would be on the back. I received the mug and the inscription was written on the front of the faces I was going to give the gift to. It looks ridiculous. Request that quality control review this item if someone wants an inscription. You certainly can't put it over the people's faces on the picture.

Unhappy By Shopper (Rochester , NY) - January 16, 2018 For the 1st time since I’ve been purchasing from this sight I am very unhappy with my purchase. I had a photo put on a mug & the writing was applied directly over the faces on the mug which looks horrible! I was unable to return the item because it was a birthday gift & the new item would not have arrived on time. Very disappointed.
