I am totally pleased with the Reed and Barton frame. It is high quality and as elegant as pictured. The service was outstanding. The frame came sooner than expected. My one suggestion would be to include directions on the order form as how to order only one line of engraving. I had to call to find the answer which is "none".

We purchased this as a wedding gift. The engraving is very nice and looks nice on the frame. The frame itself, although it looks like metal, and it might be, it feels like a plastic or a laminate over metal. We are still giving the frame as a gift as it does look nice and the velvet backing is nice, but the feel of the non-tarnish finish is 'different.'

The frame is beautiful and a wonderful wedding gift, however I would have liked the writting to have been a little smaller. I think the large lettering takes away from the simple elegance of the frame. Other than that, I would have given it an excellent rating.
