Very disappointing personalization: the colors (red and blue) were not vivid and bold. The script font uses a funny "twist" with the letter "r" which is not clear on the draft image unless you enlarge it considerably.
Broken handle

Cup was nice but handle was cracked where it connects.
If you are ordering a mug with green on it for a guy, I guess it would be okay. Their color green is a drab olive green, not very pretty. I spoke with a customer service person and expressed my disappointment with the color but they didn't care. I ended up throwing the mug away and ordering a new one. Could not give it as a Christmas gift, yucky color. Ordered the Blue and Pink, so much prettier.
This mug is tiny! Not even useful as a coffee mug. I was going to give as a gift for my sister with her kid's names on it but I'm so embarrassed with how small it is that I'll have to try using it as a pencil holder or think of something else to use it with because I can't return. If you are planning to use this as a coffee mug I would not recommend the 11oz cup. Otherwise, the colors and the display of the names around the cup were great.
The cups that were not BROKEN were beautiful and when I called minutes after receiving them, the agent was rude and basically blamed me.
UPS messed up my order

I have use personalization mall for many years I have always been very very satisfied with my orders this is the first time I never received my order it was a birthday gift. Right now I am very upset but I will continue to order in the future
