Nana mat Was not as soft or thick as I thought it would be.

KITCHEN MAT THIS WAS ANICE ADDITION TO THE KITCHEN

Love the kitchen mats This is the fourth mat I have purchased. I had some problems with this one since the black lettering tends to bleed onto the tan background. They have fabulous customer service and replaced the first one. They are perfect for in front of my kitchen sink, they stay flat and they don't move all over the place. They end up a conversation piece as well.

Family loved it By Shopper (lowell, MA) - May 6, 2013 MY parents loved this gift! Wish it was a little thicker but it does the job!

It hold a lot of dirt and cotton balls. It is also hard to clean, but it looks Three star

Needs improvement Very nice accent to kitchen, but the edges started fringing out after 6 months. Also would be nice if it was a bit thicker and softer. I had to order a second mat for when I have guest, so my floors can look pretty.

Anniversary gift left wife somewhat disappointed Mat arrived with a large stray (ink?) stain and is a little thinner than expected. Thought it would be ok, then found the top layer to be peeling and separating from the bottom layer in less than a week. Looks to her like I didn’t chose a quality product. ??

Doesn't hold up well By Shopper (lexington, SC) - December 28, 2017 This mat is VERY comfortable and is a nice addition to our kitchen. However, we've had this oversized kitchen mat about 2 1/2 weeks and two of the corners are peeling away from the rubber mat. I contacted customer service today and they are sending another one as a courtesy. They advised me not to scrub the mat. I told them all I had done was swept it. The rep told me that might pull at the fabric too much and it's best just to vacuum it. I would think sweeping would be gentler than vacuuming. We'll see how the replacement mat holds up. I'll edit my review once we receive the new mat and have a chance to use it.

Poor personalized mat I paid almost 50$ for the oversized kitchen mat. While it is a cute novelty item that is personalized for my kitchen, the quality of the mat is poor. It is a thin, cheap material and doesn't feel good to stand on. I contacted personalization mall about the product and they were not interested in any bad feedback. I have ordered many products from this company before and will not be using them again. I would have much rathered spend my money on a mat that feels good to stand on for $50.00

dissapointed By Shopper (Clearwater, FL) - November 23, 2012 Ordered this as a Christmas Gift, too cheaply made to give as a gift. Thin material, no padding, really a waste of money on this item.
I have however, ordered items before and been very happy.

bad quality i opened the package and the kitchen mat had snags rips and scratches. couldn’t upload more than 1 photo but there was 4-5 problems

Dust magnet By Shopper (Bronx, NY) - September 8, 2020 it might as well been on a frame and hung on the wall. Picks up any and all sorts of dust and extremely hard to clean. That material should NOT be used in this application.

Cute idea, but poor quality for the price and messy. I loved the idea of personalizing a kitchen mat, but I did not like the quality of the product itself; especially after spending so much money on it. First, it has no cushion so it's like walking on the floor. Second, the material is terrible and catches everything on the floor. We have a black lab and he sheds a little and it and everything else all sticks to this mat. I sweep it daily and it still always looks messy.
