This is the second time I ordered this flag - in fact I think I ordered 3. It is well made and a real eye catcher - perfect for my Mom's memorial garden. Don't think a replacement order is out of line - the weather does deteriorate it over time nothing against the quality. You can go back in the reviews and see that the original one lasted 2 years (faded no other damage - well made). It doesn't come down over all 4 seasons. Great product and hope you always keep this item in your supply.

We use this flag as a memorial for my son who passed away in 2010 after a fight with cancer. He was a worker at Ground Zero. This flag has gotten a lot of compliments from other families as well as everyone who new him. It is a awesome flag. We also have one in our garden at home for all to see.

I ordered this flag for the entrance to my memorial garden. It it just what I wanted. Small and low key. I did not realize that is was double sided. It is very thick. The printing does show through a bit from the "back" side but I think it will be fine when the sun is shining through it. Can't wait to install it.

I was pleased this flag was two sided. It is well made.

I like the flag. Just a little disappointed that the seam sewn at the top is not straight. But I admit I'm a little particular about details. Wish there were other varieties of these. I WOULD order more.
