I bought this 15 oz Coffee Mug for my Cardiologist, because he is a very special doctor. Everytime you see him, he is carrying 2 styrofoam cups together, and I thought this would be a nice jester. I just hope he uses it.

I work for group of cardiologists who have to have their coffee in the morning now they all have their own personalized mug ....and they love it!!!

The cup in the picture appeared to be of good quality, but the real thing is amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. It is a special cup for a very special person so thank you thank you PM once again.

This item look even beautiful in person. The design and words we choose to put on the cup, even our 12 year old loved it! The cup do not look cheap at all.

This mug would be great if it didn't have a thick white stripe on the mug where the handle is. It looks like a mistake that the black didn't wrap all the way around. This is definitely not clear on the image when ordering and I contacted customer service certain I had received a mistake. Not sure if I will give this as a gift as I intended.

This is a black mug but has a large white strip down the side with handle. Not sure why the entire mug would not be black. Looks hoaky. The red heart is also by handle instead of where it can be seen. Very disappointed. It was purchased as gift but kind of embarrassed to give it.

Do not purchase. Large white strip makes mug look unfinished. The mug I ordered is literally 3 different colors. Blue handle and inside. BLACK wrap around detail. And a large white strip around handle that makes this look cheap and embarrassing. Spent $11 and will not even give it to person intended to receive it. Looks like a joke. Want money back. (I never ever review products but I don't want a single person wasting their money on this mug)

This mug is really nice and great for any occasion. The mug came exactly how i ordered it. There were no scratches no broken parts. The packaging was sturdy and protected the Mug pretty well. The picture is deceiving!!! Years ago the coffee cups were solid black with different colored lettering. Now the cup comes with a big ole white stripe down the side where tge handle us. It looks ridiculous. It wasn't broke ... why'd you have to change if?

Ordered this mug as a Christmas gift for a special medical assistant! The mug has a heartfelt message and comes in different colors. The reason for my lower rating is a white area left around the handle--to me making it look unfinished or off! Looking at the mug, there's no reason why the mug shouldn't be all one color on the outside as well as in. You can't really see this area from the description and photo of this aforementioned mug. From my viewpoint it definitely would be a better, quality product without a white area around the handle. It seems your focus is directed right at this area!

Ordered this for a gift. Love the fact it came in its own box which made it easy to wrap. The cup has a good weight to it.

I don't like how the mug has this white space by the handle. It suppose to be all black with red lettering. Not this ugly white line behind the handle. Guess I got what I paid for.

Although this item looks fantastic online, it wasn’t as good as expected. I was so excited when I ordered this because it was a gift for a cardiologist I work with. When I received the mug, I was a bit disappointed because the picture failed to show a huge white portion of the mug around the handle. The online picture makes it look like the whole mug is black with red writing. Other than that the mug is cute.

Love it! Just a little something to remind my cardiologist how grateful that I am to her for saving my life when I had a heart attack.

Damage/looks not finish still needs to give it as a gift. Totally disappointed!

overall the mug was very nice. I was disappointed that the mug was not all black and there is a white strip by the handle. The picture on the website does not show that white strip.
