I ordered 9 of these tags for the group I golf with. Four out of nine tags were double printed on the side with their names, making it seem like it was shadowed or I was seeing double. I notified customer service at PM about the quality issue. During the call, I received an email with instructions to send pictures and re-order a replacement of the misprinted tags. Although it was disappointing some of the tags had to be replaced, PM should be commended for their excellent customer service. I only hope they will realize how many items they have to replace because their quality control needs improvement and make the necessary corrections to improve this aspect of their business.
