A must have for the golfer in your life I purchased two of these golf towels for Christmas gifts. The quality of both the towel and the monogram is exceptional. The towel is thick and soft and looks much more expensive than the cost. The handy heavy duty hook is a great addition to attach to the golf bag. I am glad I purchased these for the hard to buy men in the family.

 Beyond disappointedAfter ordering 6 items through the company I received a product with the wrong name on it although the packing slip & order confirmations were correct. When I reached out to the company I was told that I had to take a picture of what I received & email it to them before the correct items would be sent to me. Now I’m short a Christmas gift. This is unacceptably poor customer service! Shame on Personalization Mall!!!

item made incorrectly I misunderstood your description of my order. Thought I ordwered a navy blue towel with gold monogram. A navy monogram on black towel is so impossible.
I called customer service, the lady I talked to listened to my problem, said you would remake the towel, I would only pay the shipping. I am very satisfied as of now, the towel has been shipped. Hoping for the perfect gift.
