Beautiful product, but bad customer service By Shopper (Elk Grove Village, IL) - November 10, 2017 Product was beautiful, and nicely made. Product originally came chipped, and it took several emails and sending photos of item 3 different times before I was finally sent another one. Customer Service needs to improve.

Personalization-not so great While, overall, I like my two casserole dishes, there are two sizes of font between my set of two casserole dishes. One is a nice, large print perfect for the size of the casserole dish. However, the font size on the second casserole dish is about half the size of the first. I ordered the two dishes together so you'd think the font sizes would match. It's quite obvious when the dishes are used together.

Product had defects... not accepted as return. By Shopper (Spokane, WA) - November 29, 2020 The website states: "We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt". My item had visible defects and imperfections and I was denied a return. I was refunded $6 for a product that was not "free of manufacturing errors or product defects". I will not purchase again from this company if their do not hold to their guarantees. Site won't let me add my photos showing defects.

Very Disappointed I had this item mailed to my mother-in-law as a Christmas gift. It arrived shattered into multiple pieces. She stated it was poorly wrapped and sent me pictures. I was very disappointed.
