Recipient loved the frame. This frame is flat paint, no shine. Looks like it could scratch easily. I had bought these frames previously and they were a better quality. Item# 10660 from 2018 had a nice gloss finish, I would suggest you go back to that style of frame.

I am not happy with the frame and the distressed look. I wanted a nice and glossy frame like the ones I have purchased in the past. This one that came in looks like there is paint missing, looks old

Purchased the gray frame which IMO, leans a bit towards lilac. Letter colors are not as bright as thought- more subdued but I prefer it that way! Insert is plastic and not glass FYI. Holds 4x6 picture, but the frame is large 5x7. Also, love that all of info/stats are large and legible. Packaged well. Highly recommend this adorable picture frame!
