It would’ve been nicer if background wasn’t so dark even though I picked the lighter of the two options. You need to put it in a well-lit area to view names better. It’s a wonderful gift too! My folks loved it! Got this family tree for my parents as a joint mothers/fathers day gift. They loved it! It was delivered in a timely fashion considering the covid mailing restrictions were in place, Ive always gotten things from here in great time, so I was happy they still shipped it pretty quick under the circumstances. Mom said this was good quality, Nice thickness and texture and the perfect size for where she wanted to put it. She said the print was nice and the item didnt look to be cheaply made. I found the personalized mall a few years back and I have ordered from them since. Mom always loves the little things I find on here for her. With a growing family this was perfect for this year! Seems next year there will be yet another name to add to the list lol...When Moms happy, Im happy! Thank you for the great gift ideas and service!(not adding a photo of the item as it has many small children on it, but trust it is beautiful)

Purchased as a gift By Shopper (Aurora , CO) - January 22, 2022 First off...this was ordered on 12/26/21 and just received on 01/21/22. It was held up and delayed for almost a whole month. It was to have been a gift for New Years. Email said it should be here Jan 4th. Then email changed to "no scheduled delivery date" set. After receiving this item it appears to be well made, and looks very nice.

Family Tree A nice piece of art, but too dark to see. Must get extremely close in order to read the names.

 Family TreeThe tree and writing is beautiful, unfortunately the brown color background material is so dark it kind of blends with the black of the tree and the letters. If the brown material was lighter I would have given it a 5 stars.
