very nice picture frame, it is for my son graduating from college.

I purchased napkins and a picture frame for my sons graduation and was VERY pleased. The frame was sturdy and there's nothing better than to see his name on it. I've done other purchases thru you and have also been pleased with the merchandise. Ya do great with the personalizations. Will continue to use you!

This is a replacement item. Had ordered 5 of these frames and 4 were great. One ,the coloring of the personalization was very light .
One short call to PM and an emailed pic of the item and a replacement was on the way .
It arrived and was perfect.

I was excited when I saw this product online so I ordered 3 for my friends graduation. I was however upset when received. 2 of them looked exactly like the picture display but the 3rd one looked like the opposite. It had white lines around the border unlike the first two it was well engraved. The color was also different. Unlike the first 2 it was a nice dark brown color inside the writing but the 3rd one was way more lighter. Upset because all 3 of my friend will open their gifts together.

I ordered 2 different frames. Both are gorgeous. One is for the graduate; the other is for the graduate’s grandmother, my childhood friend. I’m sure they will both love them.

The discounted price is just right. The wood detail makes it look classy somehow, so it "fits" in any room environment. The best thing of all is the flawless, perfect detail of the engraving. Also, I could not believe how fast they were able to personalize so many of them in such a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a perfect, personalized gift for a graduating senior.

I am disappointed that this frame no longer has the second line with the name of the school like the one I had purchased for my older son a few years ago. Now in order to make it match I have to take it somewhere locally and have the school name engraved on. It will cost me as much as the frame itself.

The frame looks exactly like the picture on the website, the only thing I would change, would be how the person's name appears on the frame, I would like it to centered at the bottom of the frame, other than that the frame is beautiful!!!

Love how this came out, my only problem is it's a little difficult to line up the back of the stand so that both of the locks go into the correct position to keep the picture in the frame.
