This is my third purchase (first mug) from PM, and once again they have exceeded my expectations! I purchased this mug as a father's day gift for my husband from our kid's. First off, I purchased it on a Friday night (not thinking I would receive it in time for father's day) but it was shipped out on Monday and I received it on Tuesday...talk about superb service! Secondly, I was not expecting it to be a nice as it was. I was thinking it would feel cheap and that the personalization would not be as professional looking as it was, boy did I get a pleasant surprise! This mug is of the utmost quality and the workmanship is superior! My husband loves it...I love it...and our kids love that it "came from them."
