This necklace was very well made and a perfect gift for my Mama. My Dad passed away just a couple of months ago and even though the gift made her cry, she loved it. It is beautiful.

Pluses: the chain that comes with this pendant feels like satin, and the pearl end cap is delicate & feminine.

Needs work: the pendant is small (dime size), and the round ring that holds it to the chain obstructs the thin slit for a tiny round photo. I needed tools to pry the ring open, insert my photo, then close the ring back on to the chain. If you have the tools, no biggie. I wish the pendant itself was larger - at least the size of a quarter. Still keeping item. Thanks PMall!

The personalization of this pendant is just okay. It would be better if it was actually engraved instead of more of printed on. There is not an option to upload a photo so that it comes ready to gift (like the picture frames do) and it's a bit difficult to get the sample photo out and also to insert your own photo. I ruined three photos while trying to put them in the pendant. The chain is cheap, so I will have to buy one that will stand up to every day wear.

Turned my neck green

Wish I could give this 5 stars. The concept, engraving, and beauty are perfect. Unfortunately, the chain tarnished and turned my neck green in just a couple days.
