I ordered the travel mug for my LY593548436CN Granddaughter.... it did have a few scrapes on it.... but is almost Christmas so I decided I would go ahrad and just leave it. Well the company emailed me and I told them I was fine. Than I also sent them pictures Than I got a message from them saying they were sending me a new cup holder... WOW I EAS BLOWN AWAY..... to me this is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Thank you
