I did have an issue with it not arriving on time for Father's Day as guaranteed (totally the fault of Fex-Ex), but customer service addressed that issue promptly and satisfactorily!

My dad initially loved his Father’s Day present. But, after holding the jar for less than 2 minutes - the top came off easily and he dropped it. Broke his heart to break his Father’s Day present into his hundreds of glass chards we had to clean up outside. Bottom line - hold carefully - easy to drop and break.
