The item I ordered arrived promptly, but unfortunately had the wrong family name on it despite the order slip showing the correct name. I contacted customer service and had to send them a photo of the wrong item and the correct order slip before they would make and send the right item.

I'm actually disappointed in the flag. I ordered 3. I think the colors are presented as more vivid in the picture than they are in reality. The quality is ok, but the fabric thin. I wonder how well they will hold up.

The flag colors were great and we could read the words. And it was great being reversible but I was shocked at the size. I know the size is given when we order but I did not expect it to be so small. It was just so tiny; I was shocked. When you look at the picture of it and especially while it's on the stand, it doesn't look small, but please believe me, it is extremely small.

I was shocked at how small this flag was when I opened the package. The photo is deceiving and I was so disappointed. This is the first thing I've ordered from your company that did not meet my expectations. The writing is so small you could never read it from the street.
