This frame was a gift for our daughter and son-in-law at the birth of our grandson. It's beautiful, including the photo, but the stand isn't secured. It's attached only by one iffy rivet. I'm not sure what to do. It won't handle being moved.

I ordered 2 of the Baby Celestial Personalized Baby Shiplap Frames. One for each of my grandchildren. When they arrived, one of them was perfect but the other had a printing distortion on the top line of printing. I called the customer service number and spoke with someone about the issue. She emailed me the details of what to do to report the problem which I did. That same day I received notification that a replacement frame was made and shipped overnight at no charge. I received the frame the next day and it is perfect. I'm extremely pleased with the products and how fast customer service handled the issue.
