UPDATE to my review from 12/11/23After speaking to a customer service rep and sending a photo of the glass I received, I was given the option of either getting a 20% discount off the amount I already paid or a one-time redo at no additional cost (but was told that a different outcome couldn't be promised). Rather than accept a discount for a gift item that I wasn't happy with, I decided to take a chance that the redo would come out better. Fortunately, it did. The glass on the left is the first one I received and the one on the right is the redo. As you can see, the lettering is much more clear and crisp.
