NFL Green Bay Packers Engraved Old Fashioned Whiskey Glasses

It’s a very nice sized glass and the engraving is perfect

This was purchased for a groomsman in my wedding and it was a great gift

This was purchased and arrived as expected. Perfect gift for a special guy in your life

Item arrived sooner than expected and was exactly as described/pictured online

After speaking to a customer service rep and sending a photo of the glass I received, I was given the option of either getting a 20% discount off the amount I already paid or a one-time redo at no additional cost (but was told that a different outcome couldn't be promised). Rather than accept a discount for a gift item that I wasn't happy with, I decided to take a chance that the redo would come out better. Fortunately, it did. The glass on the left is the first one I received and the one on the right is the redo. As you can see, the lettering is much more clear and crisp.

While the glass is nice, the quality of the lettering of the person's name is not as nice as what's shown on the example (or customized preview).
