I order Christmas ornaments for my family every year from Personalization Mall. I usually don't have any issues with the ornaments, but I did this time. The printing on one of the ornaments that I received was faded on one side and it was obvious that there were issues when my ornament was made. I reached out to the Customer Service email, providing photos of what I received, and got a response the following day. They agreed that the ornament was not to their standards, had a new one made and shipped the following day. We all understand that not everything goes perfectly every time, but it's how you handle things when it doesn't that sets you apart from everyone else. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and getting this matter resolved quickly.
