The mat is really nice, but it was left on the receiver’s porch, in paper tubing, in the rain. Thank God I bought the rubber backing for the mat, which protected it. I think you may want to contact FedEx about this issue, as many other items may arrive ruined, without a plastic protector on the package.

Very nice quality door mat, exactly as advertised. Because I am old and technologically challenged I accidentally ordered two. Realizing my mistake I quickly called customer service and was cheerfully and professionally helped by a representative in a quick and efficient manner. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
