Mom said it was packaged VERY well - "There was no way that was going to break." She also said it was very heavy and sturdy - she won't be afraid to put heavy flowers inside. She loved the heart design and the etching was perfect - no doubled print or images. This gift was a home run. I ordered on the 6th and she received it the 20th.

My mother is absolutely CHERISHING this gift! The fact that it's crystal, a great price point, and the beautiful engraving... How could it not be? Was originally going to give her an engraved necklace but this was SO much better according to her. There has not been a day where this vase is without flowers and not on display. It is ALWAYS front and center at her home. I did make the first line sort of a title by using all caps "YOUR FLOWERS" then continued to list the names of her children and grand children. She has told me that she thought of us as her flowers many times. What a beautiful product that is bringing so much joy. THANK YOU Personalization mall!
